Interview 4: The Most Common Myths about Coaching

Here, I explain the most common myths about coaching in order to add clarity to what this discipline entails.

These myths are: 1) That a coach teaches you how to live. Rather, you realize how you want to live your life and we set up an action/goal-oriented plan. 2) A coach can be replaced by a friend (no, a friend did not receive training to provide anxiety-reducing tools, be objective, ask the right questions, set objectives/follow ups and a friend may be biased). 3) A coach is a therapist (no, these are two different disciplines see Life Coaching page explanation on differences or have a listen to this interview).

Interview 5: How anxiety shows up  in a romantic relationship

If you want to ask yourself the right questions before and during a relationship, have a listen to this interview. Clear and honest communications are the key elements to let go of existing anxiety in a relationship (even while you are single be clear about what you want and communicate that to the person you meet). Make sure your eyes are wide open to see the red flags at the beginning without convincing yourself that things will change. The most important is to develop a self-love relationship with yourself in order to be in a healthy/sane/ peaceful relationship.
