Session 1: Discover who you truly are

You will:

  • Get to know yourself better and discover your inner truth

  • Do a journal-keeping exercise with guiding questions

  • Choose 1-3 activities that help you feel fulfilled 

  • Set 3 first-action steps to be achieved by our next session


Session 2: Find your purpose

You will

  • Have achieved the first 3 action steps discussed in our previous session

  • Be guided to dig deep to explore your talents/the treasures within you

  • Understand that there is no limit taking into consideration finances & what’s manageable

  • Set goals and map out an action plan on how to get you where you are supposed to be

  • Set 3 action steps to be achieved by our next session

  • Learn the WOOP technique


Session 3: Establish a healthy routine

You will

  • Discover what led you to your burnout--or if you feel like you are close to burning out, you will learn how to prevent it

  • Allow yourself to take breaks, rest,  and recharge, because you understand that is exactly what you need in order to be more productive

  • Voice what you truly want to do in your life 

  • Analyze your sleep patterns

  • Find ways to switch off your mind at any time of the day, through meditation practices & self-hypnosis

  • Receive self-hypnosis audios that you will listen to every night before you go to sleep

  • Check in with me on how you are advancing; get support from me if needed

  • Learn about different meditation practices, relaxation techniques, and breathing exercises

  • Get a reading list of life-changing books


Session 4: Enhance your strengths

You will

  • Take the VIA (Value in Action Test). 

  • Check in with me on how you are advancing; get support from me if needed

  • Learn techniques to use your potential to achieve your goals

  • Work on how we can improve your current skills 

  • Get a questionnaire curated by me to give to 5-10 people you know


Session 5: Live your purpose

You will

  • We will dig deep into your “why” & establish “what problem are you solving, and for whom?” 

  • Check in with me on how you are advancing; get support from me if needed

  • Go over the questionnaires with me and  work with the feedback

  • Have a healthy weekly routine with a balance of work and personal life
