Analyze your sleep patterns
Find ways to switch off your mind at any time of the day, through meditation practices & self-hypnosis
Receive self-hypnosis audios that you will listen to every night before you go to sleep

Learn about different meditation practices, relaxation techniques, and breathing exercises
Get a reading list of life-changing books
Session 4: Enhance your strengths
You will
Take the VIA (Value in Action Test).

Work on how we can improve your current skills
Get a questionnaire curated by me to give to 5-10 people you know
Session 5: Live your purpose
You will
We will dig deep into your “why” & establish “what problem are you solving, and for whom?”

Go over the questionnaires with me and work with the feedback
Have a healthy weekly routine with a balance of work and personal life
